BOOKED SERVICES POLICY

If the client desires to cancel services, reschedule services or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of event to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to show up. Client shall provide notice within no less than 10 days to the Provider.
** Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book future services to fill the void created by Clients cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or impossibility for Provider to provide the services due to fault of the Client. Provider will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid toward total cost of service. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled, rescheduled or no-show for event. *(Exceptions are at the discretion of the Provider) 

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Client understands that Provider complies with all health and safety laws, directives, and rules and regulations. Client expressly agrees that during the event Clients shall not carry weapons or firearms, be exposed to severe illness, or request that Provider do anything illegal or unsafe.
Provider will not provide services in any area deemed unsafe in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, areas affected by communicable diseases, quarantined areas or other similar occurrences. Under any of these circumstances Provider reserves the right to terminate service immediately and or leave event. Provider will be entitled to retain all monetary gain and Client agrees to relieve and hold Provider harmless as a result of incomplete event coverage or lapse in quality of work from Provider.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You agree that you will pay for all products you choose to  purchase and that J's Delectables Edible Co. may charge your payment method for products purchased and additional charges including taxes (if applicable) and shipping costs.   

 Refunds are not offered, all sales of products are FINAL. 

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of product then a credit may be offered.

Prices for products may change at any time and are not subject to price protection.

** If consumer is unhappy with quality of an item they may request a replacement at no additional charge; Item/order replacements are only covered up to $50.
